Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been worn or opened may not be eligible for return except where required by law.

 

How to start a return: Email us at rxreselling1of1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with instructions.

 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

 

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover it.

 

Damaged or wrong items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
