Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

Delivery times: Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Some items ship from our overseas partner warehouses, which may affect delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping cost: Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

 

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

 

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at rxreselling1of1@gmail.com and we will help track it down.

 

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

 

International orders: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
